Financial Report

Inaugural Edition · 2026 Year to Date, through April
Dear Church Family,

Grace and peace to you. It’s been some time since our last financial report, and we’re glad to bring it back, renewed. First, thank you. Your faithful generosity is what allows this church to live out its mission in San Francisco, and we don’t take a single gift for granted.

Over the past year, we did something we’ve wanted to do for a long time. Working alongside our auditors and accounting firm, we rebuilt our entire chart of accounts from the ground up, reshaping how we track every dollar so that our books finally reflect the actual shape of our ministry. The result is a clearer, sharper, more transparent picture of how God is providing through you, and a significantly improved reporting structure we’re excited to share.

This inaugural edition is the fruit of that work. Going forward, you can expect this report after the 20th of each month, covering the month that just closed. Each edition gives a clear look at our giving against our goals, where resources are going, and the ministry your generosity makes possible.

Our $7.4M operating budget, approved by our Board of Trustees, covers the cost of running our ministry this year. The $8.2M giving goal sets a higher mark on purpose. Giving above budget lets us pay down debt faster, strengthen reserves, and invest in new initiatives rather than simply break even. Total Giving combines congregational giving and grants awarded.
